NoClick LS is what I'm using for a while now, it's my favorite.
On-Mouse-Over:
- Top-left -> system menu
- Bottom-left -> regular popup
- Bottom-right -> custom popup
- Middle-left -> volume control
- Bottom-left-ish -> tray icons
Always-On-Top:
- Taskbar icons
