Was bored, decided to clean this up a bit, ended up making it even more dirty ;]
Toggle the Box: WIN TAB
It has snap docking, so drag it to a screen edge and it will morph into a bar!
Basically I updated the schemes, and now it follows the mouse better (doesnt go out of screen)

Was loading taskbar after tray, which munted its positioning (xtray moves xtaskbar when it moves)
Removed workstation scheme, seems to lock up LS (sorry)
