I started writing it to develop the explorer-like drag'n'snap bar layout moving for LS.
It ended pretty messy :D
Well, the code is still as messy as previous versions, but usability is improved IMO.

and a left click on the desktop,
will all toggle the floating box (!MoveToMouse)
if the box is snapped to any side they will do nothing.
these are all set in theme.rc

when it is positioned on the edge, release the mouse button.
There will be some delay (depending on your computer speed) before the box actuates itself on that edge.

I only intend you use this for experimental testing purposes ;) (I made another LS folder just for Global Schemes)
It would be great if you could make your theme Global Scheme compat, and if you cant, tell me why not ;)

To install it just copy all the files to your OTS2 system (using your username instead of fractal.design)
or insert the ";// New" blocks from the files into your existing files ;)

Its annoying I know, but there is only one fix AFAIK: making the time label an overlay, which I dont wish to do
as it makes hover color settings difficult (there is no seperation between overlay and parent, so hovering the
overlay and moving somewhere over the whole box makes the overlay stay "hovered"... yah.)

Something to do with the MainHide label being in the way (thought I fixed this... meh)
